Security Guard QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

We’re Looking For:
• Signed up for or graduate of a Post Secondary Law Enforcement/Criminology program or have comparable schooling
• Great relational abilities both verbal and composed
• Superb critical thinking abilities
• Capacity to manage distressing circumstances in a shellfish and calculated way
• Present an expert and positive way to deal with all circumstances
• Least 18 years old
• Should give own CSA endorsed steel toed dark boots
• Current standard First Aid/CPR declaration is required
• Be accessible to work shifts, including nights and ends of the week
• Candidate should have a legitimate Security Guard permit
• Capacity to wear PPE with fitting preparation: security vest, gloves, face safeguard, mask
• Should be accessible to show up on Saturday or Sunday in September and October
